Fisheries (Location and Inspection of Aquaculture Agreements Register) Notice 2006: revoked, on 24 August 2007, by clause 6 of the Fisheries (Location and Inspection of Aquaculture Agreements Register) Notice 2007 (SR 2007/238).
The Fisheries (Location and Inspection of Aquaculture Agreements Register) Notice 2006 is administered in the Ministry of Fisheries.
Pursuant to section 186ZE of the Fisheries Act 1996, the chief executive of the Ministry of Fisheries gives the following notice.

This notice is the Fisheries (Location and Inspection of Aquaculture Agreements Register) Notice 2006.
This Notice was revoked, as from 24 August 2007, by clause 6 Fisheries (Location and Inspection of Aquaculture Agreements Register) Notice 2007 (SR 2007/238).
This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
In this notice,—
Act means the Fisheries Act 1996
aquaculture agreements register means the register required to be kept under section 186ZE of the Act
FishServe means Commercial Fisheries Services Limited.
The aquaculture agreements register is located at—
(a) the offices of the Ministry of Fisheries situated at 118 Vickerman Street, Port Nelson, Nelson; and
(b) the offices of FishServe situated at Feltex House, Level 4, 156—158 Victoria Street, Wellington.
The aquaculture agreements register is open for inspection by the public from 8.30 am until 4.30 pm on any day except—
(a) a Saturday, a Sunday, Waitangi Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, the Sovereign’s birthday, and Labour Day; and
(b) a public holiday observed in Nelson or, as the case may be, Wellington; and
(c) a day in the period beginning on 25 December in a year and ending on 2 January the following year; and
(d) if l January falls on a Friday, the following Monday; and
(e) if 1 January falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday and Tuesday.
(1) This clause applies to the Notice Declaring Places at Which Registers are to be Located and When They May be Inspected 2005 (No F354) dated 20 December 2005 appearing in Gazette No 210 insofar as it relates to the aquaculture agreements register.
(2) The notice to which this clause applies is revoked.
