Pursuant to sections 214 and 423 of the Resource Management Act 1991, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
3 Restrictions on alteration of water quality
(1) This order is the Water Conservation (Motueka River) Amendment Order 2006.
(2) In this order, the Water Conservation (Motueka River) Order 2004 is called “the principal order”.

This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
Clause 11(2)(d) of the principal order is amended by inserting, after the word “does”, the word “not”.

This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, amends the Water Conservation (Motueka River) Order 2004. The amendment corrects the E coli allowance standard for resource consents in relation to the waters covered by the Water Conservation (Motueka River) Order 2004.
