Legal Services Amendment Act 2006 Commencement Order 2006: revoked, on 1 July 2011, pursuant to section 145 of the Legal Services Act 2011 (2011 No 4).
Changes authorised by section 17C of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989 have been made in this eprint.

Pursuant to section 2(1) of the Legal Services Amendment Act 2006, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
This order is the Legal Services Amendment Act 2006 Commencement Order 2006.

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force, on 1 March 2007, the Legal Services Amendment Act 2006, except sections 30(2), 31, 32, 33, and 43 (which came into force on the day after the date on which the Act received the Royal assent).
