Civil Aviation Charges Amendment Regulations 2007

  • Preamble

    At Wellington this 19th day of March 2007

Pursuant to sections 38 and 100 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title
  • These regulations are the Civil Aviation Charges Amendment Regulations 2007.

2 Commencement
  • These regulations come into force on 31 March 2007.

3 Principal regulations amended
4 International passenger security charge
  • Regulation 20(1) is amended by omitting $8.31 and substituting $12.56.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 31 March 2007, amend the Civil Aviation Charges Regulations (No 2) 1991. The amendment increases the international passenger security charge from $8.31 to $12.56.
