Medicines (Related Products (Exempted Foods)) Amendment Regulations 2007

  • Preamble

    At Wellington this 30th day of July 2007

Pursuant to section 105 of the Medicines Act 1981, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting—

  • (a) on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and

  • (b) on the advice of the Minister of Health tendered after consultation with the organisations and bodies that appeared to the Minister to be representative of persons likely to be substantially affected,—

makes the following regulations.

1 Title
  • These regulations are the Medicines (Related Products (Exempted Foods)) Amendment Regulations 2007.

2 Commencement
  • These regulations come into force on 13 August 2007.

3 Principal regulations amended
4 Regulation 3 revoked
  • Regulation 3 is revoked.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 13 August 2007, amend the Medicines (Related Products (Exempted Foods)) Regulations 2003 by revoking regulation 3, which provides for the expiry of the regulations at the close of 13 August 2007.
