The Cadastral Survey (Compulsory Lodgement of Digital Cadastral Survey Datasets) Order 2007 is administered by Land Information New Zealand.
Pursuant to section 48(1) of the Cadastral Survey Act 2002, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on—
(a) the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b) the recommendation of the Minister for Land Information after consulting the body or bodies representing cadastral surveyors,—
makes the following order.
