Cadastral Survey (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2007

    At Wellington this 30th day of July 2007

Pursuant to section 48 of the Cadastral Survey Act 2002, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

1 Title
  • These regulations are the Cadastral Survey (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2007.

2 Commencement
  • These regulations come into force on 1 September 2007.

3 Principal regulations amended
4 Schedule amended
  • The Schedule is amended by revoking Part 1 and substituting the Part 1 set out in the Schedule of these regulations.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 September 2007, replace Part 1 of the Schedule of the Cadastral Survey (Fees) Regulations 2003, which sets fees for determining whether cadastral survey datasets comply with standards set under section 49 of Cadastral Survey Act 2002.
