District Courts (Property Law Act 2007) Amendment Rules 2007: revoked, on 1 November 2009, pursuant to rule 17.1 of the District Courts Rules 2009 (SR 2009/257).
Changes authorised by section 17C of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989 have been made in this eprint.

At Wellington this 10th day of December 2007
Pursuant to section 122 of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, and with the concurrence of the Chief District Court Judge and 2 other members of the Rules Committee established under section 51B of the Judicature Act 1908 (of whom at least 1 was a District Court Judge), makes the following rules.
These rules are the District Courts (Property Law Act 2007) Amendment Rules 2007.
These rules come into force on 1 January 2008.
These rules amend the District Courts Rules 1992.
Rule 206 is amended by omitting “the Statute of Frauds 1677 or the Contracts Enforcement Act 1956”
and substituting “subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Property Law Act 2007 (which requires certain contracts to be in writing)”
.
Rule 452(1)(a) is amended by revoking subparagraph (xxiii) and substituting the following subparagraph:
“(xxiii) sections 313, 316, 334, 341, and 357 of the Property Law Act 2007:”.
