Biosecurity (Resource Management Act Exemption) Regulations 2008: expired and deemed to be revoked, on 13 February 2010, by regulation 3.

These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
Pursuant to section 7A(6) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister for Biosecurity and on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
