Building Practitioners (Register of Licensed Building Practitioners) Regulations 2008: revoked, on 1 April 2010, by regulation 7 of the Building Practitioners (Register of Licensed Building Practitioners) Regulations 2010 (SR 2010/45).
Changes authorised by section 17C of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989 have been made in this reprint.

These regulations are administered by the Department of Building and Housing.
Pursuant to section 402(1)(g) of the Building Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Minister (as defined by section 7 of that Act), makes the following regulations.
