Pursuant to sections 167 and 218(4) of the Land Transport Act 1998, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
These regulations are the Transport Services Licensing Amendment Regulations 2008.
These regulations come into force on 22 May 2008.
These regulations amend the Transport Services Licensing Regulations 1989.
Schedule 1 is amended by omitting the item relating to the Railways Act 2005.
Regulations 7A, 8, and 9(l) and Schedule 2 are revoked.

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 22 May 2008, omit from Schedule 1 of the Transport Services Licensing Regulations 1989 the item relating to the Railways Act 2005. They also revoke regulations 7A, 8, and 9(l) and Schedule 2 of the Transport Services Licensing Regulations 1989. These amendments complement the amendments made by the Railways Regulations 2008.
