Dog Control (Perro de Presa Canario) Order 2008: expired (without coming into force), on 21 April 2009, pursuant to section 78B(4)(b) of the Dog Control Act 1996 (1996 No 13).
Changes authorised by section 17C of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989 have been made in this reprint.

This order is administered by the Department of Internal Affairs.
Pursuant to section 78A of the Dog Control Act 1996, His Excellency the Governor-General makes the following order acting—
(a) on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b) on the recommendation of the Minister of Local Government (having satisfied the requirements of section 78C of that Act).
