9 Application for revocation of interim suspension order, etc

• An application under section 245(4) of the Act by a practitioner for the revocation of an interim suspension order or direction, or both, must—

  • (a) be in form E; and

  • (b) be filed with the Tribunal; and

  • (c) be served on the party that laid the charge.
