New Zealand Legislation: Regulations

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 August 2008, prescribe—

• the form that is to be used to apply to the Legal Complaints Review Officer for a review of a decision by a Standards Committee; and

• the fee ($30) that must be paid when applying for a review.
