Animal Products (Exemptions and Inclusions) Amendment Order (No 2) 2008: revoked, on 2 November 2009, by clause 7(2) of the Animal Products (Exemptions and Inclusions) Amendment Order 2009 (SR 2009/293).
Changes authorised by section 17C of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989 have been made in this reprint.

This order is administered by the New Zealand Food Safety Authority.
Pursuant to section 9 of the Animal Products Act 1999, His Excellency the Governor-General, on the recommendation of the Minister for Food Safety made in accordance with that section, and acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
