Regulations are laws made under Acts
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 31 October 2008, prescribe the form of a notice and of a declaration provided for in amendments to the Copyright Act 1994 contained in the Copyright (New Technologies) Amendment Act 2008. Those amendments come into force on the same date as these regulations.
