Regulations are laws made under Acts
(1) In respect of any matter specified in the first column of the Schedule, the fee specified opposite that matter in the second column is payable by an applicant for accreditation as a product certification body or, as the case requires, by a product certification body to the product certification accreditation body.
(2) The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
