4 Schedule 2 amended

• (1) The item relating to Christchurch City Council in Schedule 2 is amended with effect from 4 September 2008 by omitting “153,710” and substituting “148,908”.

  (2) The item relating to Gore District Council in Schedule 2 is amended with effect from 1 July 2008 by omitting “57,347” and substituting “52,507”.

  (3) The item relating to Mayoral car in the item relating to Gore District Council in Schedule 2 is amended with effect from 1 July 2008 by omitting “N/A” and substituting “Full private use”.

  (4) The item relating to Tauranga City Council is amended with effect from 1 July 2008 by omitting “114,074” and substituting “114,345”.

  (5) The item relating to Waitakere City Council in Schedule 2 is amended with effect from 9 July 2008 by omitting “134,917” and substituting “135,105”.

  (6) Schedule 2 is amended with effect from 27 August 2008 by omitting the item relating to Whangarei District Council and substituting the following item:
