Regulations are laws made under Acts
This note is not part of the rules, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These rules, which come into force on 1 February 2009, replace the former Part 15 of the High Court Rules. The re-enacted High Court Rules set out in the Schedule of the Judicature (High Court Rules) Amendment Act 2008 do not carry over the former Part 15 and these rules are therefore necessary. These rules contain no substantive changes from the former Part 15.
