Regulations are laws made under Acts
Regulation 3 of the Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Regulations 1998 is amended by revoking subclause (2) and substituting the following subclause:
“(2) These regulations apply only in respect of fisheries resources managed under the Fisheries Act 1983, the Fisheries Act 1996, or any regulations made under either or both of those Acts.”
