3 Interpretation

• In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,—

  Act means the Births, Deaths, Marriages, and Relationships Registration Act 1995

  non-disclosure direction has the meaning given to it by section 73 of the Act

  personal representative has the meaning given to it by section 73 of the Act

  registered information means birth information, marriage information, civil union information, or name change information.
