5 Ground for requesting non-disclosure direction to be reinstated

• A person who is the subject of any registered information, or his or her personal representative, may request a non-disclosure direction to be reinstated under section 75B(4)(b) of the Act on the ground that the person, or his or her personal representative, reasonably believes that disclosure of the registered information, or any part of the registered information, would be prejudicial to the personal safety of that person or his or her family.
