Pursuant to section 2(1) of the Central North Island Forests Land Collective Settlement Act 2008, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister in Charge of Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations and the Minister of Maori Affairs given in accordance with section 34 of that Act and on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
