This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on the 28th day after the date of their notification in the Gazette, amend the Gas Governance (Compliance) Regulations 2008 to take account of the making of the Gas Governance (Critical Contingency Management) Regulations 2008, which provide for the management and co-ordination of outages for security of gas supply purposes.
