This notice, which comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, sets out the remaining balance of the settlement sum applying to various stocks following the making of the Fisheries (Cost Recovery Levies for Fisheries Services) Order 2008 and the Fisheries (Cost Recovery Levies for Conservation Services) Order 2008.
