Taxation Review Authorities Amendment Regulations 2009

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to section 30 of the Taxation Review Authorities Act 1994, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

Regulations

1 Title
  • These regulations are the Taxation Review Authorities Amendment Regulations 2009.

2 Commencement
  • These regulations come into force on the 28th day after the date of their notification in the Gazette.

3 Principal regulations amended
4 New regulation 9 substituted
  • Regulation 9 is revoked and the following regulation substituted:

    9 Filing
    • A disputant must file 3 copies of a notice of claim with the Registrar of the Authority by—

      • (a) delivering them to the Taxation Review Authority at the offices of the Tribunals Unit, AMP Building, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington; or

      • (b) posting them to the Taxation Review Authority, Tribunals Unit, Private Bag 32001, Wellington  6146.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on the 28th day after the date of their notification in the Gazette, amend the street and postal addresses of the Taxation Review Authority, to which notices of claim must be sent.
