Pursuant to section 3(3) of the Airport Authorities Act 1966, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
This order is the Airport Authorities (Hawke's Bay Airport Limited) Order 2009.
This order comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
Hawke's Bay Airport Limited may exercise the powers conferred on local authorities by section 3 of the Airport Authorities Act 1966.

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order gives Hawke's Bay Airport Limited the powers described in section 3 of the Airport Authorities Act 1966, including the power to establish, improve, maintain, operate, or manage airports.
The order comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
Date of notification in Gazette: 11 June 2009.
This order is administered by the Ministry of Transport.
