Regulations are laws made under Acts
(1) Part 1 of Schedule 1 is amended by adding the items set out in Schedule 1 of these regulations.
(2) Part 7 of Schedule 1 is amended by omitting the items relating to establishment charge and circuit charge and substituting the items set out in Schedule 2 of these regulations.
