Alcohol Advisory Council Levy Order (No 2) 2009: revoked, on 1 July 2010, by clause 5 of the Alcohol Advisory Council Levy Order 2010 (SR 2010/108).
Changes authorised by section 17C of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989 have been made in this reprint.

This order is administered by the Ministry of Health.
Pursuant to section 27(1) of the Alcohol Advisory Council Act 1976, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, and following a determination by the Minister of Health made in accordance with section 26 of that Act, makes the following order.
3 Amounts of levy set out in Schedule
4 Rates determined for classes of liquor described as having variable rates
5 Alcohol Advisory Council Levy Order 2009 revoked
