3 Dates appointed for purposes of section 69C of Health Act 1956

(1) The date appointed for the purposes of section 69C(1) of the Health Act 1956 is 1 July 2012.
(2) The date appointed for the purposes of section 69C(2) of the Health Act 1956 is 1 July 2012.
(3) The date appointed for the purposes of section 69C(3) of the Health Act 1956 is 1 July 2013.
(4) The date appointed for the purposes of section 69C(4) of the Health Act 1956 is 1 July 2014.
(5) The date appointed for the purposes of section 69C(5) of the Health Act 1956 is 1 July 2015.
(6) The date appointed for the purposes of section 69C(6) of the Health Act 1956 is 1 July 2016.
(7) The date appointed for the purposes of section 69C(7) of the Health Act 1956 is 1 July 2016.
