This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 30 June 2009, amend the Fisheries (Infringement Offences) Regulations 2001.
The amendment updates a cross-reference to a provision in the Fisheries (Southland and Sub-Antarctic Areas Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1991 to reflect amendments made to those regulations by the Fisheries (Southland and Sub-Antarctic Areas Amateur Fishing) Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2009.
