Road User Charges (Rates) Order 2009: revoked, on 1 October 2010, by clause 8 of the Road User Charges (Rates) Order 2010 (SR 2010/243).
Changes authorised by section 17C of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989 have been made in this reprint.

This order is administered by the Ministry of Transport.
Pursuant to section 20 of the Road User Charges Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
4 Rates of charges for distance licences increased
5 Rates of charges for supplementary licences increased

Increased rates of road user charges specified for purposes of Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 3 of Act
Schedule 2
Rates of road user charges specified for purposes of Schedule 3 of Act
