Fisheries (Cost Recovery Levies for Conservation Services) Order 2009: revoked, on 1 October 2010, by clause 10 of the Fisheries (Cost Recovery Levies for Conservation Services) Order 2010 (SR 2010/292).
Changes authorised by section 17C of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989 have been made in this reprint.

This order is administered by the Ministry of Fisheries.
Pursuant to section 264 of the Fisheries Act 1996, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries given in accordance with that section, makes the following order.
