12.1 How evidence to be given

  • 12.1.1 HCR 9.51—evidence to be given orally.

    12.1.2 HCR 9.54—evidence of person in custody.

    12.1.3 HCR 9.56—affidavit evidence under order of court.

    12.1.4 HCR 9.57—agreed statement of facts.
