15.77.1 A garnishee proceeding is started by the judgment creditor filing an affidavit in form 76 in the court in which he or she has the judgment or order.
15.77.2 On the filing of the affidavit, the Registrar must issue a garnishee summons to the sub-debtor in form 77 and a notice to the judgment debtor in form 78.
