Entry of award as judgment under article 35 of Schedule 1 of Arbitration Act 1996

11.1 Interpretation

  • In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires,—

    Act means the Arbitration Act 1996

    arbitral tribunal has the same meaning as in section 2(1) of the Act

    Schedule 1 means Schedule 1 of the Act.
