15.62.1 At least 48 hours’ notice must be given on any application under section 89 of the Act for an order that a sale under a distress warrant may be made other than by public auction.
15.62.2 Notice must be served on the bailiff and on all other parties having an interest in the enforcement.
15.62.3 The court or a Registrar may direct that the costs of any party attending be paid by any other party, or otherwise as the court or Registrar thinks fit in the interests of justice.
