Pursuant to section 9 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
This order is the Diplomatic Privileges (OIML) Amendment Order 2009.
This order comes into force on 26 November 2009.
This order amends the Diplomatic Privileges (OIML) Order 2003.
Clause 13(1) is amended by omitting “accredited to”
and substituting “on any organ of”
.

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on 26 November 2009 and is not in force in Tokelau, is made under the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968. It amends an order made in 2003 and relating to the Organisation Internationale de Métrologie Légale (OIML) established by the 1955 Convention establishing an International Organisation of Legal Metrology. The amendment aligns the wording of clause 13(1) of the 2003 order with that of section 9(2)(b)(i) of that Act.
