Pursuant to section 48 of the Cadastral Survey Act
2002, sections 184 and 184A of the Land Act 1948, and sections 235 and 236 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with
the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
