Pursuant to section 166 of the Animal Products Act 1999, His Excellency the Governor-General, on the recommendation of the Minister given in accordance with section 39 of that Act, and acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

These regulations are the Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme—Limited Processing Fishing Vessels) Amendment Regulations 2010.
These regulations come into force on 1 July 2010.
These regulations amend the Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme—Limited Processing Fishing Vessels) Regulations 2001.
Regulation 32(1)(f) is revoked.
Regulation 48 is revoked.
The Schedule is revoked.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2010, amend the Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme—Limited Processing Fishing Vessels) Regulations 2001.
The amendments revoke the schedule of fees and consequentially amend or revoke other provisions that refer to fees.
