Wine Amendment Regulations 2010

Pursuant to section 119 of the Wine Act 2003, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

Regulations

1 Title
  • These regulations are the Wine Amendment Regulations 2010.

2 Commencement
  • These regulations come into force on 1 July 2010.

3 Principal regulations amended
4 Schedule amended
  • The Schedule is amended by omitting the item relating to standards setting; development of guidance material, templates, codes of practice, market access standards; systems audit and compliance, and substituting the item set out in the Schedule of these regulations.

5 Revocation
  • Regulation 5 of the Wine Amendment Regulations 2009 is revoked.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2010, substitute a new fee in the schedule of fees in the Wine Regulations 2006 in relation to: standards setting; development of guidance material, templates, codes of practice, market access standards; systems audit and compliance.
