Eligible industrial activities

(1)

Aluminium smelting is an eligible industrial activity.

(3)

For the purposes of this regulation and Schedule 2, aluminium smelting means the physical and chemical transformation of alumina (aluminium oxide, Al2O3) into saleable aluminium metal, where the output of this activity is saleable aluminium metal.
