Pursuant to section 699A of the Local Government Act 1974, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

Regulations

1 Title

These regulations are the Local Government (Infringement Fees for Offences: Waikato Regional Council Navigation Safety Bylaw) Amendment Regulations 2010.

2 Commencement

These regulations come into force on the 28th day after the date of their notification in the Gazette.

4 Schedule 1 amended

The item relating to cl 2.15 in Schedule 1 is amended by omitting “cl 2.15” and substituting “cl 2.14”.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on the 28th day after the date of their notification in the Gazette, amend the Local Government (Infringement Fees for Offences: Waikato Regional Council Navigation Safety Bylaw) Regulations 2006 to correct an erroneous cross-reference to one of the provisions of the Waikato Regional Council Navigation Safety Bylaw 2009.
