11 Regulations 10(a) and 17(2)(a) provide that, in the case of the biodiesel component of any blend of diesel and biodiesel, the maximum viscosity at 40ºC is 6.0 mm2 per second.

12 Regulations 10(b) and 17(2)(b) provide that, in the case of the biodiesel component of any blend of diesel and biodiesel, the minimum cetane number is 47.

13 Regulation 10(c) provides that, in the case of the biodiesel component of any blend of diesel and biodiesel sold by retail sale, the minimum oxidation stability is 10.0 hours.
