Pursuant to sections 54 and 54A of the Gas Act 1992, His Excellency the Governor-General makes the following regulations, acting—
(a) on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council; and
(b) on the recommendation of the Minister of Energy and Resources made after consulting the Environmental Protection Authority in accordance with section 54(6) of the Gas Act 1992.
