Pursuant to section 47(a) of the Prostitution Reform Act 2003, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

Regulations

1 Title
  • These regulations are the Prostitution Reform (Form of Warrants) Amendment Regulations 2012.

2 Commencement
  • These regulations come into force on 1 October 2012.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 October 2012, make amendments to the Prostitution Reform (Form of Warrants) Regulations 2003 (the principal regulations) that are consequential on the commencement of certain provisions of the Search and Surveillance Act 2012. These regulations revoke regulation 3(2) and Schedule 2 of the principal regulations.
