Lake Taupo Navigation Safety Amendment Bylaw 2012: revoked, on 13 April 2017, pursuant to clause 2 of the Lake Taupo Navigation Safety Bylaw Revocation Notice 2017.

Pursuant to sections 650I(2)(c) and 684B of the Local Government Act 1974, the Minister of Local Government makes the following bylaw.

Bylaws

1 Title

This bylaw is the Lake Taupo Navigation Safety Amendment Bylaw 2012.

2 Commencement

This bylaw comes into force on 27 July 2012.

3 Principal bylaw
4 Schedule 1 amended

Replace the item “Annual fee” with:

Annual fee$190.00
Monthly fee$50.00

In relation to mooring at Crown-owned facilities in Lake Taupo, this bylaw—

  • increases the annual fee; and

  • provides a new monthly fee.

The bylaw comes into force on 27 July 2012.
