Engineering Associates Fees Amendment Regulations 2013

Pursuant to section 35 of the Engineering Associates Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

Regulations

1 Title
  • These regulations are the Engineering Associates Fees Amendment Regulations 2013.

2 Commencement
  • These regulations come into force on 1 July 2013.

3 Principal regulations
4 Schedule amended
  • (1) In the second column of the Schedule, replace $100 with $150.

    (2) In the second column of the Schedule, replace $60 with $95.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2013, amend the Engineering Associates Fees Regulations 2002 by—

  • increasing the fee payable for an application for registration under the Engineering Associates Act 1961 from $100 to $150; and

  • increasing the fee for annual registration from $60 to $95.
