Pursuant to section 62 of the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

Order

1 Title
  • This order is the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Order 2014.

2 Commencement
  • This order comes into force on 20 March 2014.

3 Termination of statutory management of Temple Bar Family Trust
  • The Temple Bar Family Trust ceases to be subject to statutory management at 10 am on 20 March 2014.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order removes the Temple Bar Family Trust (the trust) from statutory management under the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989 at 10 am on 20 March 2014 (the specified time). The trust was made subject to statutory management at 5 pm on 13 September 2010 by the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Order (No 2) 2010.

The effect of this order is that, in accordance with section 62(3) of the Corporations (Investigation and Management) Act 1989, at the specified time,—

  • the trust ceases to be subject to statutory management; and

  • the appointments of the statutory managers in respect of the trust terminate.
