This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 18 April 2014, amend the regulations that were previously called the Immigration (Certificate and Warrant Forms) Regulations 2010 (the principal regulations). The regulations insert a new form for the purpose of cancelling removal orders issued under section 58 of the Immigration Act 1987. The regulations also change the title of the principal regulations to reflect the fact that the regulations insert a new form that does not relate to a certificate or a warrant.

Issued under the authority of the Legislation Act 2012.

Date of notification in Gazette: 20 March 2014.

These regulations are administered by the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
